Elizabeth D. Rogers

Elizabeth D. Rogers received her Bachelor of Arts Degree summa cum laude from Washburn University in 2004. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Rogers was awarded the Robert C. Foulston and George Siefkin Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. She also served as Senior Publications Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and on the Moot Court Council. Throughout law school, she worked in the Office of the Disciplinary Administrator. Following graduation, Ms. Rogers served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Lawton R. Nuss, Kansas Supreme Court. She is licensed to practice in all courts in Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Ms. Rogers is a Kansas Supreme Court-approved core and parent-adolescent mediator and has been trained as a domestic mediator. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association, and the Heartland Mediators Association.
